Refund Policy – Lush Textiles
At Lush Textiles, customer satisfaction and transparency are important to us. As we deal in premium imported fabrics and bulk orders, the following refund policy applies:
1. No Refund on Confirmed Bulk Orders
Once an order is confirmed, processed, or dispatched, refunds are not applicable, as fabrics are supplied based on specific client requirements.
2. Damaged or Defective Material
In the rare event that fabric is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos for verification.
Upon validation, we may offer:
- Replacement of the affected material, or
- Store credit (as applicable)
3. No Refund for Shade or Texture Variation
Minor variations in shade, texture, or finish may occur due to fabric dyeing processes and lighting differences. Such variations are considered industry-standard and do not qualify for refunds.
4. Sample Approval Responsibility
Customers are advised to review and approve fabric samples before placing bulk orders. Orders placed after sample approval are non-refundable.
5. Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are not permitted once processing has begun. Any exception will be solely at the discretion of Lush Textiles.
7. Final Decision
All refund or replacement requests are subject to management review and approval. The final decision of Lush Textiles shall be binding.
